Do I have any recourse?

What is the name of your state? PennsylvaniaIn my divorce agreement, my ex agreed to assume responsibility of an unsecured line of credit loan we had signed for a recording studio he was then building in our home. According to the agreement he had 90 days to refinance and take my name off the loan which he didn't do. He was out of work for approx. 10 months, failing to pay the loan and now the bank has files a confession of judgement against me. I had my attorney file contempt of court charges but three days prior to the hearing he filed bankruptcy and my attorney told me the charge was stayed. Cut to the chase, bec I am now being held responsible for this debt, I have had to file bankruptcy as well bec I cannot pay this loan along with the other debts I hve incurred since my divorce. I have swallowed my pride and have resigned myself to having to do this. Do I have any kind of recourse against him at all? It seems so unfair!!!!!!!
