Do I have rights?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? North Carolina

I live with my husband of 6 months in eastern North Carolina. He has not found the time to make a new will. As it stands right now (according to the will he made while still married to his first wife) his first wife and the children he had with her will inherit everything when he passes. I'm tired of nagging him to make a new will. Will I be out in the cold if something should happen to him? Do I have rights as his legal wife? We also have a businesss that we started with his money and my sweat equity - he is disabled so I did most of the labor. What happens to the business? Thank you.
