I have been married for 1 1/2 years. My husband and I have a child together, but no marital assets. He has a vehicle in his name and I have one in my name. We agree that I will have full custody of our daughter and he will have regular visitation. We are in agreement on child support. He has lots of unpaid debt from before our marriage, and I am just making ends meet. I cannot spend much on this divorce and still be able to buy groceries. I cannot depend on him to pay for any of the divorce, because to my understanding a divorce does not become final until it is paid. Is it a good option to get the forms and do a do-it-yourself divorce?
