Does ex husband have claim on money?

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

Here's the situation. My friend's ex-husband is putting a claim on money she acquired after the divorce was final. She inherited a large sum of money from a relative and also received money from a medical settlement. And she just cashed in a certificate that she had from the time she was a child given to her by her father. Until now, it was kept it trust for her.

The divorce has been final for about 2 years now, but they left the issue of community property open. The ex husband lives in the house they shared as a couple.

Does the ex have any legal claim at all to her money?
He's put a hold on her assets as a result of his claim.
Thank you for any information you can provide.

When did probate begin or the relative die and when did the medial 'case' begin?

The relative died after the divorce was final, and the medical situation took place after the divorce was final also.
The certificate was put in her name as a child and was held in trust for her until recently.
