What is the name of your state?az i have 2 sons with my soon to be ex wife.1 is a biological son one is not.do i have equal rights to both we have been married for 12+ years and have raised him as my own since he was 2?

Unless you legally adopted her older son, you have no rights at all where that child is concerned.
