What is the name of your state? MD

My wife and I split about a year ago and I am getting everything ready for the divorce. One problem she moved to NC or Georgia or somewhere. I only have a cell phone number for her and I have not been able to get a hold of her for a month or two now. If I am not able to locate her, what can I do? Can I file under desertion?? We have separation agreements that split everything up so this is cut and dry. She dropped her lawyer so I am not able to go through him.

I was looking to file under desertion but can I and if not than what to do?
