My fiance says he is divorced. I saw some paperwork that indicated the case was settled with a disposition of "other settlement pre-note". I don't believe he is...what does that disposition mean?

Don't know. But if you don't trust that he is divorced when he is telling you he is, why are you engaged to marry him???? :confused:
