What is the name of your state? WA
I just have a couple of questions, Im in the military stationed in WA, my wife, karen is in louisiana with our sons, 4 and 3 this year. One of them is of my blood, the other is not but im on the birth certificate.
1. can I file for divorce here in WA?
2.which state will have child support jurisdiction?
3.Am I legally responsible to pay child support on the non blood son?

we have been married for 4 years, separated for the last year and a half.

Its appears that you are the legal father of both children, therefore yes, its likely that you will have to pay child support for both children.
