Don't know what to do!

What is the name of your state? California
Ok well me and my husband are having alot of problems because he owns a house with his mother and she has dogs in the house and even though I have a baby she doesn't care so I am at the point that I am ready to find a place for me and my son since my husband doesn't stick up for me and my son. I really don't know my rights because since my son was born I have been a stay at home mom. Do I have rights as far as the house since my husband and his mother own the house? Or am I able to get some kind of funds so I can move to a safe environment for me and my son? I just need some direction please help!

Thanks,
Yvette

What makes you think that you should just be GIVEN money to move out? NOTHING in your post indicates that the child is in danger. If you want to move, do like the rest of us and GET A JOB!

Plenty of families with dogs also have kids, so unless they are attacking the child, it's not a vaild reason to be rewarded a new house.

If your marriage and husband mean so little to you, then file for divorce, get a job and get your own place to live. Custody of the kid might end up being shared by BOTh kid's parents, so don't rely too heavily on child support to be eonugh to pay for everything.

Then mommy needs to be an adult and stand up for herself and her child and talk to granny. How about her and hubby even getting their own house without the help of his mom(which is pathetic anyway!!!).
If hubby can't even afford to put a roof over wife's and kid's heads without his mommy's help(unbeliveable!!), then he needs to get a better or a second job, and wife needs to get one too.
