Double Void

What is the name of your state? Nevada - Washoe County

A friend of mine got married in Tucson Arizona about a year ago and now resides in Reno Nevada. They have lived there for about 4 months now. He is seeking an annulment on the basis that his wife is still, to this day, married to another man. She however is claiming that the previous marriage is also Bigamous and as such, void.

NRS 125.410 Issue of marriages are legitimate.
1. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed so as to make the issue of any marriage illegitimate if the person or persons shall not be of lawful age.
2. The issue of all marriages deemed null in law shall be legitimate.
[Part 2:33:1861; A 1867, 88; 1891, 15; 1947, 445; 1943 NCL § 4051] + [Part 298:107:1941; 1931 NCL § 9882.298]

Does The issue of all marriages deemed null in law shall be legitimate mean that she is required to act as if she was married, pending the termination of the previous marriage? Or can she rightfully claim that since the first marriage was void, she is safe from being in voilation of bigamy laws and the voiding of her current marriage?

If she cannot escape the bigamy charges, is she subject to prosecution in Arizona and Nevada?
