What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia

I have a few questions. My husband and I have decided to divorce. We're filing ourselves. No children or properties to divide. Married 3 years

What is the minimum time you need to be separated to be granted a divorce?
Will the fact that we still live in the same house be an issue?
I make three times my husband's salary, but he's not requesting alimony, would the court grant alimony even if not requested?

Even if we're not in the same room?
Read what I said. If you're in the same house, you're generally not considered to be separated - although there are exceptions. If you want to deal with gray areas like that, you need an attorney.

But please read the link I gave you above. In Georgia, it is not necessary to be separated to file for divorce, so it doesn't matter where you live.
