Enforce Evaluation Rules of Court!

What is the name of your state? CA

I have gotten a meeting with a prominent LA attorney who is considering taking on the case in CA of suing the court to REQUIRE the private 730 evaluators to abide by the rules of court regarding the time allowed to complete evaluations.

In my research, I have noted that many, many families wait in excess of six months (without any explaination provided to the court as is REQUIRED if there is to be a delay) for the results of their evaluations and some have waited in excess of a year. This allows legal bills to escalate and is causing undue stress on the litigants.

If anyone has had a 730 evaluation in California and waited in excess of six months, in fear of calling to check the status because you don't want to "piss off" the evaluator. Please e-mail me with your scenerio.

You don't have to provide any identifying information that you don't feel comfortable sharing, the minimum information is just how long you waited (over six months only). Name of evaluator, and court is a helpful.

There won't be any financial settlements involved, simply to required the court to enforce the rules they have already set, instead of disregarding them.

My e-mail is psfunkytek@yahoo.com.

Thank you.
