My father is currently in a coma dying from liver failure. My sister has power of attny and dad has a living trust (what ever that is). So???? Any wisdom you can empart will be appreciated.

If you don't know what a living trust is, you don't want to try to prepare a QDRO.

Since he has already been awarded the money and the divorce is final, it shouldn't be too expensive to get an attorney to draft and submit it.

Your SISTER can hire an attorney to draft the QDRO.
