What is the process of getting the Ex out of the house. I was awarded the house in the divorce but she is still living in it. How long does she have to vacate the premises?:::( :(

Is her name still on the title/deed?? If so, she can stay there as long as she wants..... or until you get an order from the court instructing her to leave. Your order should NEVER have been drafted without 'closing this door'.
If she has 'quit claimed' title to you... then treat her as an 'at will' tenant and give her a written 30 day notice to terminate her 'tenancy'.
