We live in Ohio. My friend owns her own house, where she and her husband currently reside. Her husband also owns a house. She is thinking about separation/divorce. When she asks him to leave, does she have to file eviction papers with the sheriff, or can she simply ask him to leave? What if he refuses to leave?
