Go back to court and ask for him to be held in contempt; you shouldn't have any trouble getting a lawyer to help since hubby will have to be paying.

Cool

I KNOW THAT IS AN OPTION I WAS JUST HOING THERE WAS ANOTHER WAY. 18 MONTHS INTO THIS MESS AND HE WILL NOT LET IT DIE. CHILD SUPPORT REDUCTION CONF. AND CUSTODY MODIFICATION CONCILLIATION BOTH THIS MONTH... 30-40 THOUSAND IN LEGAL FEES FOR A DIVORCE FROM WHICH I WALKED AWAY EMPTY HANDED JUST TO GET AWAY... I'M SO BROKE I CAN'T SEE THE LIGHT AND SO FAR HAVE BEEN 100 % UNSUCCESSFULL IN HAVING HIM ORDERED TO PAY ANY OF THE EXPENSES EVEN THOUGH ALL THE JUDGEMENTS HAVE BEEN IN MY FAVOR. EVEN WHEN HE "WRONGFULLY TOOK" OTHERWISE KNOWN AS KIDNAPPED MY DAUGHTER HE DID NOT HAVE TO PAY MY EXPENSES FROM COURT TO GET HER RETURNED NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT JUST TO GET HIM TO PAY THE FINES I HAD TO FILE A PETITION FOR CONTEMPT. HE knows HE IS ABOVE THE LAW AND THE LAW KEEPS PROVING THAT TO HIM... I AM LOSING HOPE OF EBER SEEING JUSTICE HERE
THANK YOU SRJUDGE
