Ex didn't refi as ordered

What is the name of your state? Texas
What can I do about my ex-husband not refinancing the home that he was ordered to in the final divorce decree? He tells me that he has tried, but he and his Significant Other (don't know his marital status) have been denied. This is causing me major stress. If I go to court, can you give me an idea of what the judge will probably do about my ex not following through with the court order?

**A: if there is no refi, demand that he sell the property. The court will be your friend.

I agree.
