Ex-husband in prison threatening to contest finalized divorceWhat is the name of your state? CA My divorce was final from my husband in Feb. 07. He is in prison in Texas and going to be released in Oct. 07. He is sending me threatening letters that he is going to contest the finalized property settlement. I basically got everything, which was not much. A car, and RV and boat. He did not respond to the divorce so it was uncontested. Can he contest the finalized divorce and property settlement? Thanks!! |

| He can try. But if he was properly served then he most likely does not have legal grounds.
