What is the name of your state? WA. state My wife has brought "EX PARTE RESTRAINING ORDER AND FOR ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE" I was told she has to be in court on a "EX PARTE"
motion, is this true?, even if she has an attorney? If she does have to be there can anyone tell me where I can find the RCW law stating this?
