What is the name of your state? Texas

After having my wife served w/ divorce papers in early oct. She responded by filling an ex-parte restraining order. I already moved out of the house. No issues between us, She stated that i attacked her in july(not true) but could not claim any other incidents. My question is if there were no incidents within the last 30 days(actually according to her 90 days) then why did the judge grant the order?
