What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Legal Seperation agreement from New york, now living in Florida.
After long marriage, wife had an affair. I did not hire attorney due to emotional state and signed sep. agreement, took 10K and left. no minor children.
I have been paying 2K per month since 2004, plus health insurance. and all co-pays. ex has master degree but has not worked since dec 2007 because of "emotional issues." have put her through rehab twice. She got all funds from house sale (over 200K), all savings and has wasted away all of it. I have nothing...no property, no savings, just debt. i make good money but cannot save for retirement or a new home because of all the debt. wife never filed for divorce so i am going to and wonder if there is any chance of getting this agreement
reduced or eliminated. pleaseWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
