My ex moved 1 hour away from me in Iowa. She decided that she is now going to move another 2 hours further north. What can I do to keep her from moving my daughter farther away from me? She kept our daughter from me for a year during the divorce proceedings and I want the time with my daughter that I deserve. When we got divorced she said she promised not to move again. She has to give me 30 days written notice before moving so I can protest per the divorce decree but I can't afford an attorney to fight her. What do i do?
