soon to be x and I live in Missouri,we bought house together
she wanted that property all to herself so she gets restraining order on me,I had to leave my home and go else where.I thought
restraining orders were protection not to gain property.So i filed
for divorce to get my home back I am in another county than she
is,now her lawyer wants a change of venue to x's county,I filed first to get things rolling so what does my lawyer do?I hope someone can help me out,I want to stay away from this evil woman but want to be able to go home,how can she have rights to stay there,it is my property also.Please get back to me asap
