i'm in new jersey. all through my divorce i told everyone my ex and her lawyer had some thing going on above and beyond a lawyer/client relationship. i just found out that her lawyer helped her sell her house a year and a half after the divorce. they both worked together 5 years prior to her filling for a divorce. they tried for 2 1/2 years to prove me a perpetrator of domestic violence,we settled for a 18 month no-fault div. then they started using the children. saying my daughter and i needed counselling, when i attempted to go to prove the ex wrong she would not let the daughter go,she has done this twice ,2 different counselors, with the help of her lawyer. i filed ethics charges against her lawyer they have accepted the claim. is there a way i can get the final divorce judgement changed since her lawyer helped her to hide money and force bills on me?also can i sue her lawyer to reclaim numerous charges he filed against me? this has been going on for 5 years now.
