Ex wives and GM Buyout

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ontario
My ex husband is retiring from GM and taking a $100.000 buyout. We have been divorced for 4 years and I am receiving spousal and child support. I am entitled to a portion of the buyout?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
