You have a judgement. Why on earth would your ex need to ratify that???

Thats what I am thinking, his attorney has nit picked at verbage in the decree. Things like the findings portion or verbage in terms of visitations with his daughter. However nothing they are complaining about is veered from the Judge's order... Is there a time limit in place to see this is not dragged out longer than neccessary?

Do I have any options?

Did the file objections with the court within 30 days at the most of the order bieng issued? If it is an order then your ex doesn't have to sign it.

Clarify

Could you please clarify what your asking? The judge on December 2nd, said this is my judgment, and gave my attorney the responsibility of drafting the decree. Still to date Ex is asking for words to be changed in findings, all changes hes requesting are non substantial to ruling, I have complied with their request to change wording yet he still wont sign...

You have no judgement at this point. The attorney's are still battling, albeit your ex seems to be the roadblock.

If the changes demanded by ex are not substantial, change the decree and get on with life.

The court will reach a point where it will sign the decree anyway. Then it's tough luck for one or both of you.
