What is the name of your state? Florida

My foster-daughter's ex filed for divorce 6 weeks ago becausu he knew she was going to. She didn't get a lawyer but signed the papers after minor changes. The papers went before the judge who refused to sign them because papers were left out. His lawyer is now sitting on them. She's getting a lawyer soon. Can she get those papers voided and have new ones filed? She had to get a restraining order against ex.
