What is the name of your state? Maryland

What happens to you don't appear to a uncontested divorce. Is the divorce granted?

As sj already posted - yes, the divorce is granted.

re on yes to failure to appear

How long does it take for it to go through and how will I get the decree and when can I remarry

Depends on MD law (Google is your friend); probably in the mail; depends on state law, and having someone to marry. But it's rather foolish to rush right into another marriage. To put it mildly.

Go to the courthouse and ask for the judgment in your lawsuit.
