in texas ,i have had two seriuos seperations with my wife the second seperation was long enough that i could not keep up with the bills that i was left with no choice but to file for bankruptcy i lost a 80k house that had 10k in equity, a boat ,and a car .of course the day before the devorce hearing she came back and we started to reconcile, but i still lost everything. of course we had to move due to foreclosure (by the way i had a 3yr old little girl ) my parents bought a house so we would have a place to live they never said that they would ever give us the house, and my wife new that when we got back together.now i have caught my wife having an affair and i dont want to stay together i want to file for a divorce.will the state look at the house as marital propertie.and since she left and went to her mothers house do i have to let her come back.buy the way we now have 2 kids a girl 8,and a boy 4,and when she left with her mom and dad she left me no phone #`s or an address or anyway for me to get in contact with her after 3 days she finally called did she break any laws doing that.
