Fathers rights to stop wife from leaving state w/kids


What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?Missouri What is the 1st thing to do to keep wife from fleeing state w/ kids. No papers filed yet? Need quick answers!!!!!

File in court ASAP for divorce/custody/visitation. Ask the court bar the mother from leaving the state with the children pending the outcome of the case. It's standard for the judge to rule that neither parent remove the children once divorce/custody paperwork is filed.
