If you have real estate or children, you should NOT be representing yourself and I doubt that the judge will let you.

Contact www.mobar.org and ask for a list of pro bono (free) lawyers in your county.

The Missouri Bar

Phone: (573) 635-4128
FAX: (573) 635-2811

Email: mobar@mobar.org

Pro bono lawyers take up the slack that legal aid can't cover. Call the bar.

Have had similiar run-ins looking for legal aid in Missouri case previously. Legal aid is county funded, which unfortunately with all of the abuse/neglect cases usually runs out early. They have a standard line.....if the case does not involve abuse/neglect with children, they are out of funding.

The pro-bono is different. Most lawyers provide XX amount of dollars billable to pro-bono work - either for conditions of grants, loans, etc., tax benefits, or just because of their big loveable hearts. Although most lawyers won't advertise this information. You can contact the bar associate, they will have information on lawyers in your specific county.

My suggestion to you - do it quick - their time gets booked fast.

Here is something FUNNY!!!!!!!!!

Do you remember that first kiss? The way that your toes curled? Those dreamy eyes?
You just couldn’t stop thinking about them? Seemed like forever every time that you were apart?

That’s the same “jerk” and “SOB” that you are here whining about now!!!!!
