What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maine
I am filling out my divorce papers to have them served to my husband. Do i do anything with the Acknowledgment of Receipt of Summons and Complaint or just mail it to him and he fills it out? These papers are really stressing me out and the sooner i get them done and mailed off the better for my sanity lol

What exactly does this paper say?
I may be wrong, but it seems that that particular piece of paper should be filled in and signed by the process server, proving that your husband was legally served. Typically, a process server will fill out a form similar to that, stating the date and sometimes the time that the person was served. The process server then returns it to you. You, in turn will file the 'proof of service" with the court.

To be safe though, you should check with your court clerk, or look it up in your court rules.
