Filing for legal seperationWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oregon I'm trying to file for legal seperation in Marion county, Oregon. I am overwhelmed by the sheer paper work and can not afford an attorney. We have been married for over 4 years and will more than likely divorce. We have one child together and this is were most of the paper work comes from. We have limited "assets" and they were mostly mine before we married. He is a vet and I know may be able to get help with his side of the seperation (hence the worrie). If anyone can help, has been there, or you need more info to help I would be so very greatfull! | You need to get an attorney -- contact Legal Aid. Why are you only separating?
