filing motions

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WA
In divorce proceedings, when can i file a motion? can i ask for a motion at our first hearing or do I need to have a seperate hearing? also I filed a motion previously but withdrew it. it is still on record. can i still request that motion?

YOu need to read the local rules and rules of civil procedures. Those will answer your questions. If you can't do that then you NEED an attorney.
