I am filing my own uncontested divorce in Michigan. No children or property involved. Now the clerk at the court where I am filing has indicated that I will need 1. Default & Military Proof of Service Affidavit 2. Notice of Request for Judgement 3. Proof of Service 4. Judgement.
Can anyone tell me what these forms are and where I get them?
My husband has already signed the divorce papers.
