Arizona,
My friend has been charged with dis-orderly conduct by her husband for thowing a wedding picture at a wall. The charges will be dropped apon conclusion of completing management classes. The sad part is he is the one with the anger problems, her and her children fear him.She is the petioner in the filing of the divorce papers and has consulted a para-legal to draw up the papers. The para-legal has since put on the coversheet that there are pending charges against her...she asked a lawyer if it need to be there and she said no but the para-legal said it should.Does anyone know what is the truth ??? She lives in Arizona. She plans on having her and the children evaluated and treated for the fear he uses to control them.
Also is it possible to file for temperary custody of the children in the interm from when the papers are filed and before they are signed by the judge ??? She plans on having her and the children evaluated and treated for the fear he uses to control them.
