Shouldn't there be a final decree? Maybe some other FL form that comes from the court?
We were trying to keep this as simple as possible, and I did not respond to the complaint so we asked for a default. There is no evidence that it did not work, but I sure would like proof that it did.

All states all require what is called a final decree of divorce wich is the official court ordered document that the divorce is final all divorce uncontested or contested is done by the petitoer who requsted the divorce if it was you then the lawyer you had should of supplied you a copy if he didnt go to the circuit court clerks office and they will gie you a cy of yor divorce decree if only if your divorce was final. the way you know its final is with this document. my husband has 5 copys of his final decree of divorce with his exwife 1 in his car, one at his moms safe, one at his work, one in my car and 1 in our home. this is the most important document ever if you are divorced with children.make copys and cherish a divorce decree.
