What is the name of your state? South Carolina
I have filed for divorce pro-se. I am almost finished! My hearing is tomorrow, April 2nd. My question is....in the final divorce order there is a section that says "The Defendant answered requesting to be allowed to join in the relief sought by the Plaintiff.". The problem is he did not answer in the allowed time (did not answer at all)...how do I word this on the final order??
