Final hearing is only 1 hr of time alloted - If property and finance not settled properly !

Final hearing is on Mid July this year.

We have many many unsolved unresolved issues of Finance, Property , IRA - QDRO and many mnay details about so many other furniture, finance missing accounts, hidden accounts, disputes on many bills paid and many many other issues.

Judge has hardly 1 hr. of flying time and I sincerely doubt that she can justify anythg properly.

If she rolls scissors hafazardly
and property and finance division is not satisfied
and still many hidden property remains unclear..etc

Can I still sontinue fighting for those hidden finance accounts
not justified and not taken in accounts if reveqled afterwards,...and bills not paid issues and all such?

What is the rule for going to supreme court? how much it costs?
Is it worth? Any clue??

What the heck does "if she rolls scissors" mean? Please clarify your post. One hour of time may be enough or it may not. Do EITHER of you have counsel?

What I meant was, judgement never remains fair
[ from past experiences of many, that I know ]

All aspects and points are never covered..
Judge has 100's of other cases going on and he never reads all matter thoroghly
nor he has time to know and have fresh memory / reading about the whole case
when he (judge) comes for hearing.

Everybody is mere human and scissoor is rolled whenever, whereever.

It's a game of luck in mnay cases.

No. By the time of the hearing you should be able to present your case. if you cannot then that is not the judge's fault. You do not get to make just allegations. You have to PROVE them.

Well, I addressed all issues in terms of Motions sent to ex-wife and judge.

No orders / commnets were sent by the judge.

In last meeting on pre-trial hearing, it seemed like judge did not refer the whole file /
does not remmeber what is there in case.

It seeme dlike judge was on quik 0.5 hrs of flying visit on smthg like hit and run.

No issues were discussed in detail, that makes me real scared for final hearing.
