Exclamation

final hearing over but now good & stuck SOS

Divorce in OHio...now reside in NC.
I sure hope that someone in the know can give me some info. as I have a BAD attorney who has only been working against me rather than for me. I will not expound on the nightmare of this divorce proceeding for 9 months...for now..I need HELP on whats happening or rather NOT happening.
At the final contested hearing (I the plaintiff) 1st days of Oct. accepted a separation agreemen with my back up against the wall financially since my attorney said that the judge would sign off the next day and the decree would be recorded/filed the next day so the rollover of half of husband's IRA would commence to be rolled over into my own IRA rollover acct. two to three days TOPS. LOL...wrong. She goes on vacation. I find out NOTHING is being done as she informed me to learn there is a different process to this all. SHe has sent a draft decree to my husband and he has returned it xing out numerous errors in his eyes...and now HIS attorney is on vacation. His attorney will not do anything til he does the QDRO for my husband's retirement pension..and of course I sure as heck have not recvd anything..or will I knowing her. I can imagine the time these two attnys will take on this one (as in the past) and having called the judge's office to find out nothing has been filed prior...to only find that the judge is swamped with papers on his desk. MY husband is balking at sending me support for Nov...yet he has cancelled my medical dental under his plan. Have contacted the managing company for IRA rollover that says my husband can just send a letter of instruction to them to rollover funds as per decree from his account to mine...without need of copy of final decree but he insists he will not...which leaves me in a horrid position havng to close on a lease option for buying a house cash or I lose $11,000. My attny I can not count on...as she only has given me grief and will soon be filing a grievance against her for good reasons.
I am in such a bad way here and as always I have NO real counsel and my hands are tied...to see even more financial demolition on my side. I have NO funds to hire an attorney to take over and would imagine that would only stall things even further.
Is there someone out there with a magic wand? LOL. Seriously I need help. I have posted on the litigation malpractice forum..but malpractice suit and grievance does not help me get out of this pickle.
Thanks ahead for any info...if someone will be kind enough to reply
Diane ... in a leaking ship about to sink ....LOL

Not sure about how to deal with many issues myself other than just deal, BUT research the purpose of a QUADRO PRO. It may also protect you from future penalties and taxes when using the money from your IRA via his. A QUADRO PRO HAS HAS HAS to be ok'd through the court system before monies are transferred or the IRS will not recognize it. These words seem simple, but somehow find a way to let God take care of your problems today. When I try to carve my own path, somehow it get screwed up
