Final judgement dissolution of marriage

What is the name of your state? Florida

The final judgement for dissolution of marriage has been filed. My spouse and I have been wanting to reconcile. Is there any way we can appeal the final judgement? What is the name of your state?

Why don't you just remarry?

A: You can get married.

Was the final order recorded/filed LESS than 10 days ago?

If so, either party has the right to file to vacate the order within 10 days of the order being recorded/filed.

If it's been more than 10 days, you'll have to get remarried. Either way, it's going to be much simpler and less expensive to just remarry.
