What is the name of your state? Florida

I expend $12,000.00 in my divorce procedures and it is not final yet. We have 3 children and the court appointed a GUARDIAN AND we also met with an appointed mediator, in the meeting, it was decided share custody (signed by me and the wife).
I am out of money and I need to finalize this divorce (after 8 months of litigation).
I have a marital Settlement agreement done by my ex-attorney. My wife doesn't want to sign it, and she now said that she is going to fight the mediator's decision (the one she already signed).
What step I need to follow in court to finalize this divorce myself?
