I live in Nevada. My husband filed for a divorce and moved out of state when I was 3 months pregnant, that was 11 months ago. We are only fighting over custody and visitation rights. My question is; since he was the one whom filed for the divorce and is just "sitting" on it, can I get the divorce finalized before all the details of visitation are agreed upon? If so, how do I go about doing it?
