What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusettes

I need to file for divorce. my husband is a drug addict who does not want to get clean. He has stripped me of all my savings and I have three minor children that I am at risk of losing. I can not afford the 200 dollars it will cost to file. I have too much on the line and I NEED to free myself and my children from this. Can anyone PLEASE help me? We do not have any children from our marriage, my children are from a previous relationship. We also have no property or anything of value. He has been unemployed for the past year and I am the only one working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your time. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Contact your local clerk of the court and see if there is a fee waiver program for low income filers. Otherwise, you need to borrow the money from someone, somewhere.
