can i add adultery to the divorce after a settlement my ex i found out recently got pregnant by another man 2 months after we were married we were seperated and divorced back in 1997 we were married february 20 1993 the child was born january of 1994

My response:

No. Too many years have passed. And, even if you found out right after the settlement was signed, it would be highly doubtful that it would have mattered, or affected the outcome, anyway.

But, since you never mentioned your State name, this is all GENERALIZED information anyway. (See the red words at the top of your screen).
