My ex ( I just found out 6 months later )divorced me without my knowledge, using divorce by publication, obviously claiming no knowledge of my whereabouts. Not only she knew my exact address ( she used it partialy in the publication ) where she sent the children to spend last summer with me there, but I have couple of Viber records and e-mail sent to her in the months prior to the final DoM.
She took the house ( that's another one - how it's possible to grant property deed to a person that is not on the mortgage at all ???), and full custody of the kids.
Is it something that can be fought in court using these Viber and single e-mail records? Would it be considered a criminal case?

It's not a criminal case.
You will want to consult with a local family law attorney.

I agree with Zig, you need an attorney on board. It IS possible to get the default judgment vacated (not guaranteed but possible) but you really need an attorney to accomplish it.
