Question

Florida/military divorce

What is the name of your state? My son returned from Kuwait to a wife wanting a divorce..he is now in Guam and has not yet filed because he hoped she would change her mind...it is clear now, since she has just committed to a job that will keep her in Florida, that she has no intention of doing so...she currently resides in one county but will be moving to another next month...How, where and when can he file?....He is also devastated because he is afraid he will lose contact with their 3 yr old daughter, due to his military career...Is there an equitable way to share custody?...Last questions involve child support, which he wants to pay - who determines how much? is the fact that the child gets medical coverage because of the military figured into the mix?....Is it true that she does not have to claim child support as income, he gets no tax credits and she gets to claim the child as a dependent? (Hardly seems fair since he would rather be married and be a Daddy)
