What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FLORIDA BREVARD COUNTY

I OWN A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY WITH TWO OTHER INDIVDUALS THAT HAVE NOT PAID A DIME TOWARDS ANY COST FOR OVER 2 YEARS ON THIS PROPERTY. i HAVE RESPONDED TO THE BANK AND WANT TO SAVE THE PROPERTY AND HAVE THE OTHER TWO REMOVED FROM THE DEED WHAT YOUR BEST ADVICE???

First, it has absolutely nothing to do with this forum.

Second, you can't just remove them from the deed. You'll need to either buy their share or (much more difficult) convince a judge to make them sell or transfer their share to you.
