One evening the wife and kids did not return home. Over the next month, she charged the husband with rape, sexual assult on the kids, said he was mental unfit to be a parent, and has tried to file a restraining order.

He has not seen the kids for 6 weeks. None of these accusations are true (HOW DOES HE PROVE IT?) Because of these complaints, his employer has placed him on a leave of absence. The wife served him with divorce papers and told him she would drop the rape charges if he signed.

He would give his wife whatever she wants, as long as he can see his kids. She has brainwashed the kids who now say they don't want to see their father.

We believe the wife has been planning this for over a year -- waiting until he received an inheritance and closed on their house. The divorce attorney just wants to close the case. Should he be contacting a different type of lawyer -- to investigate the false claims she made, etc....

--If she 'charged' the husband with those sex crimes, was he arrested? has he been indicted? was her effort to obtain a restraining order denied?

--He proves it by hiring a damn good lawyer. Personally, I'd call either Craig Childs (478) 745-4712 or Althea Buafo (478) 743-8337 (she's primarily criminal law, but her associates are good family attorneys), as listed in the 'Yellow Pages'. That's only my personal recommendation and not a professional recommendation.

--Same answer.

(had to remove Frank Child's name--he's into 'government law' right now; involved with those crazy people from his hometown.)
