Get rid of legal separation

I was issued a legal separation in May 2001. I moved back in with my husband in July 2002. We have reconciled and want to be a legally married couple again. Because neither one of us took action for divorce, what is our status? Do we have to do something about the LS on file? Do we have to remarry?

All you both have to do is sign a "Dismissal" with prejudice in the original Action, and your marriage will be back together without ever having skipped a beat. See the court clerk for the form and further instructions.
